1. Start with the Big Picture

Before diving into the details, consider the key elements of your day. What time is your ceremony? Are you doing a first look? When will dinner be served? These major moments will anchor your timeline.

Once you have your ceremony time locked in, work backward to schedule your getting-ready moments and pre-ceremony photos. Then work forward to plan the cocktail hour into the reception.

2. Plan Out Hair & Makeup Like a Pro

Bridal beauty takes time! Allocate 30 minutes per person for hair and another 30 minutes for makeup. If you have a big bridal party, hiring additional stylists and make-up artists can keep things moving. For the Bride, allocate an hour for each.
